Elm Grove Payroll

Stonebridge Terror - Rivervue Jameen

Elm Grove Payroll

Sex: F .    Colour: Bay .     Gait: Pacer

This beautiful filly sired by successful stallion Stonebridge Terror is the second foal out of Largo broodmare Rivervue Jameen. Her half brother, Elm Grove Onthego raced at 2 in 2019 and took 3 top 3 finishes in 5 starts. From the breeder's entire 2019 yearling crop he feels that she has the most potential, and she really looks the part.

Price: $120/share

HOWEVER NO PURCHASE PAYMENT REQUIRED UP FRONT

YOU PAY TRAINING FEES ONLY $20/month per share (see details below on specifics)

SO HOW DOES THIS WORK? Typically, people have to BUY their shares in their horse up front, plus pay training fees every month. If the horse does not turn out, you have lost your purchase payment and the training fees spent. With this offer, you can eliminate paying ANY purchase purchase cost out of pocket regardless of how the horse turns out. SO, lets say you wanted to purchase 10% of this filly for $2400.00. The breeder will loan you the $2400 in kind to purchase your shares. You pay the breeder back out of the earnings the horse makes from racing and or resale. However, if through racing and resale, the horse does not earn it's purchase value, the difference between what was earned and what you owe is forgiven. Once the purchase cost has been satisfied through earnings and/or resale of the horse, profits are divided up among the owners proportionally

SO WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO PAY?

As an owner, you are required to pay $20 for each 1% share you own per month in training fees. So, if you own 10%, your monthly training bill would be $200.00. It should be noted that included in that cost are the HARD COSTS of training the horse including general care, lineaments, shoeing, and stall rent. Also included in that is a portion estimated and alotted to a pool for your share of all stakes eligibility fees, stake entry fees, general vet bills, shipping, administration costs, etc. if there is unused money in that pool when the horse is sold, you will get your portion of that money back. If there are unexpected extraordinary costs beyond the payments into the pool, like a major medical bill, you may be required to top up the pool at some point.

So, choose a share size that fits for budget, and get part of this filly. You'll absolutely love owning part of your own horse.
